Thousands of caregivers may lose monthly stipends under new VA review

I am not surprised they are reviewing cases since they drastically increased the amount of veterans eligible for the program. I doubt the budget increased enough to handle all the new people trying to enroll.

They should not eliminate the stipends. Some veterans need their spouse for daily functioning which precludes the employment of the caregiver.
