Yeah i saw this episode of Mysteries at the museum when they said that there was a glitch in their system and he came very close to launching nukes.

Out of curiosity, I think infer if the article was correct about the temperatures in the Soviet sub. Realistically, 65 and 70 degrees sounds pretty nice. I wonder if it was supposed to read Celsius. Good read though!
