More propaganda. The Postal Service is SOOO unreliable that Fedex and UPS are its 2 biggest customers. Never mind that several states, and the US Military, already use vote by mail, without any problems. Conservatives love to trot out the "voter fraud" boogeyman whenever voting is brought up. Problem is, there really is no evidence of wide spread fraud, and when fraud does happen, it's usually(but not always) a conservative doing it.
