CO advised me that a newly assigned Major's previous unit had awarded him an *everyone gets one* ARCOM (or similar) and to award it to him during weekend drill training. No sense reading aloud "attention to orders, etc, etc," and pinning the bling on a clean BDU, so had him the go *Into The Mud*-dy O-course first.
