Violating your oath because you don’t like the direction the court is going is good? Next the left will out some one for making a joke.

Violating what oath? Employees of the Supreme Court do not take a secrecy oath, nor was any law violated by the leak. Certainly you are not claiming that it violates an oath to protect the Constitution--that's ludicrous.

Capt Gregory Prickett - sorry not an oath but a violation of code of conduct . Hacking and theft may be involved. https://www.khou.com/article/news/politics/supreme-court-leaker-punishment/285-c71b8245-5b7e-42b4-b8d2-ccca86522f84
Why could the Supreme Court leaker not face any punishment?
A punishment all depends on who leaked it and how they got the document.

LTC David Brown - so this is just a dog whistle comment? To rile up the base?
Do you have any evidence that it was any of those things?

If it wasn’t a Supreme Court Justice then it was a violation of a code of conduct. You said “nor was any law violated by the leak”. How do you know no law was violated? Do you have knowledge?
