The ICTF is one of the most capable forces in the region, and after 12 years of non-stop fighting against a formidable adversary, one of the most battle hardened in the world. Do they suffer from the same sectarian fissures and human rights issues as the rest of the country, of course. But in my opinion, one of the bright spots in our FID efforts in Iraq.
