Whoever signed a contract to help them. But, instead, they took the money and ran, leaving the vets homeless again. The VA should have kept a closer eye on the businesses who signed up.

Sounds like it to me MAJ Ken Landgren. Those druggie/alcoholic vets aren't worth the air they breath. You know that. At least that's how a lot of civvies feel about them. They are as wrong as wrong can be. If they work hard enough to get clean and are trying to become good citizens, the ones who shit on them ought to be in jail.
