Have you ever seen this with a baker/cook that practices a Middle Eastern faith?? I certainly have not. I think I know why. Christians are an easy mark. They are easily bullied. Christians are not going into other faith based businesses and making them via force or cohesion change their beliefs. Maybe there is only one cake maker in the State of Colorado or something else is at work here.

He was singled out by several people here in Colorado. Including one trans-gender lawyer who wanted a celebration cake. He/she has asked for several cakes over the last several months (years?) and he has refused them all. Same reason, same grounds.

This case has never been about being compelled to believe, think, or act in a specific way. Religious Liberty was used in the '60s, during the Civil Rights Movement, by private businesses, to justify discriminating against blacks. It failed spectacularly then, and should fail spectacularly now.

SGT Edward Wilcox - State laws CANNOT violate Federal laws, and decisions by the Supreme Court, no matter what the 9th Circus Court says.

SGT Edward Wilcox - Federal Law trumps state law, when state law goes too far an infringes on someones rights. Geez man, how long have you lived in the United States. It was settled by the Federal Supreme Court NOT the state Supreme Court exactly for that reason.

Capt Gregory Prickett - I totally agree LGBT bigotry against Christians has gotten way out of hand and their continued intolerance of other peoples opinions put them in the same basket as the facist antifa movement. So what do you propose to do about it?

SPC Erich Guenther - There is no conflict between Federal Law and Colorado Statutes. In cases where the State Statute is more restrictive than Federal Statutes, then the State Statutes will always trump Federal Statutes, so long as it doesn't violate a different Federal Statute.
There is no LGBT 'bigotry' against Christians, and I challenge you to present evidence that it does exist.
Tolerance of intolerance is called supporting intolerance. Something I, and many others, refuse to do.
