The Army Is Ditching All of Its Stryker Mobile Gun Systems

From my armor experience it important to have a real 360 view around the tank to include a view from the top of the vehicle through my eyes, not a video. One reason is the driver is so low that the driver needs exact driving directions like driver move out, pick up the speed, go right, go right some more, now go straight........... driver stop. The other reason is for situational awareness around the battlefield. It is much easier if the vehicle commander rides high and looks at the battlefield in person, not through a video.

It seemed like it was a great system
