I dunno Trey-Claiming you're anyone but the "Core" makes you an imbecile, or a roadblock...claiming you're only in the "Core" makes you a narcissist. Personally, I think you left a few out:
The Advocate-This guy is hitched to someone's wagon and has enough experience to add gravitas to their argument. Can be dangerous because they may add a false sense of wisdom to a bad idea promoted by their "patron"...or because they can be the first domino in "group think".
The Inquisitor-My personal pet peeve. This guy doesn't care how well thought out a plan is, or how well developed the strategy...he's going to find the wrinkle, the error, or catastrophe waiting to happen. Usually, he has no suggestion for how to fix it.
The Cowboy-Probably who I am, though I'd like to think otherwise. This guy is probably pretty smart, and actually does contribute a lot of the time. He's the big brother of the Tactical Genius-but the nephew of the Guy from Band Camp. He hates getting mired in technicalities, but appreciates the "big picture" enough to stay out of its way. Where he falls off the rails is that from minute one, he's already decided that the plan is just something to depart from, and is secretly thinking of every way the plan will cascade to failure. Like a broken clock-He's 100% right, twice a day.

Thanks for the additions. Full disclaimer I just posted the article to stir conversation on something I thought was interesting.
