How does a transsexual woman of faith maintain her spirituality, religious beliefs and devotion to god? This is the topic I haven't seen discussed here before so please bear with me.
I don't mean for this to be specifically a Christian Centric post but rather an exploration of human spirituality. It could easily apply to someone with a Buddhist or Pagan belief system.
I was raised a Roman Catholic with very traditional views on mores and religious matters. I left the church after my parents divorced, dabbling in Judaism, Buddhism and Orthodox Christianity, but in recent years have returned to my faith.

I was much like you. I left for my own reasons. Never heard anyone in any church call someone a skank. But I believe in our Lord and savior. He accepts all who accept him. Have yet to see in the Bible where there is a checklist.

While I do not, nor will ever, condone such choices/lifestyle, it is disingenuous and dishonest to call someone else names such as "skank". It is also not my place to judge someone else's spiritual beliefs. That is between them and God.

I'm very thankful that we don't need you to condone or give us permission to exist. Though I do appreciate that you at least agree people should be treated with respect and not called names like that.

Simple, your not there for the people! Your there for God! People need to quit losing focus on the importance of church! After the end of the world god will fix all imperfections that Adam and Eve doomed humanity to!
