The problem at the border exists and could have been mitigated had Congress done their job over the last several decades. We are still waiting for their action

I disagree. Someone still needs to explain to me how our immigration system is broken. From what I see we can allow how many immigrants we want based on facts and qualification anytime we want under the current system. What's wrong with that?
