She took the time to speak with each passenger after safely landing the plane with a catastrophic engine failure that killed one passenger. Her coms with the tower were absolutely calm. The woman has balls of steel. I would expect no less from a Naval Aviator.

Gee, I guess the "social experiment" of letting women fly in the military didn't end up ruining either the Navy or society as so many who resisted that change predicted.

I've never had a problem with women doing anything they individually qualify for. Captain Shults is a good example of that. LT. Kara Hultgreen is a bad example of trying to shoehorn an individual into something just for her gender.
