Sustainable batteries could one day be made from crab shells

Now this is something I never thought about. I knew from my aquarium days that horseshoe crabs were being looked at in medical areas but never thought of using crab shells in batteries. For the green naysayers out there this is a good example of why you look at the technology long-form it may be economically or practically feasible.
