Seems very similar to the Patent Trolling issue that was plaguing Podcasting last year.
"Legalized Extortion" in that the plaintiff didn't have to be correct to have the full force of the bureaucracy on their side while the actual "victim" was the person unable to fight back.

blocked in some countries, blocked worldwide, muted due to copyright content, includes copyright content. Muted due to copyright content is my newest most common problem, my youtube videos are private except for one, and they are either playing the guitar or a gopro of riding my bike with music playing, it's a joke. The only reason I don't use facebook instead is because their cloud frightens me. Need a better service, youtube is google and people dont like it
