Supreme Court turns away 'Cowboys for Trump' co-founder using 14th Amendment

A Trump supporter who lost his county commissioner position over January 6th participation, filed a grievance claiming that his actions not count as an insurrection. SCOTUS rejected his appeal and upheld the state level ban.

While I detest this man and everything he stands for his case should have been heard. We either are all equal under the law or we have a multi-tier system of justice.

Maj Joan Marine I live just across the state line. I have friends in Cruces and up in Silver City, Albq and Rio Rancho. I spend most of my time and money there so I know its politically doings.

Yes, how can you bar someone from office when he didn't commit a felony, and has never participated in an insurrection? He was convicted of a misdemeanor for tresspassing! It's just BS!
