The SCOTUS is taking up the case on Wisconsin gerrymandering. To be clear both sides do this and it is damaging to the public trust in our system of government whenever they do it.

It offers the court a chance to formally determine a metric on what constitutes unlawful gerrymandering, which could have major implications for the way voting districts are drawn in other states.

Partisan Gerrymandering??? Is there any other kind? Kind of redundant ... like "criminal lawyer" or "crooked politician" or "inexperienced second louie" (that last is NASA spec... it's triple redundant)
