It needs codified in law. Period. Also as RGB said it never should have been argued under right to privacy. It should have been argued under equal protection clause and it would have been harder to overturn. But ultimately it needs codified in law but that won't happen with the Republicans or Democrats in Congress. Republicans want to control people and Democrats don't want to play the same game they are. They just tip toe around and don't really do shit.

SSgt Ray Stone just wait until the orange boy comes for them simply because he didn't like what they said. I want SCOTUS to overturn a decision that they like. See how fast and hard they cry then. Maybe Congress should pass a law that men (especially white men) can't go outside without their wives' permission.
