I knew I shouldn't have taken the vaccine. Oh well, next time there is an unproven vaccine, I know I will have learned my lesson.

MAJ Byron Oyler
NOV 2020 when the first and deadliest strain of COVID hit EL Paso I was pulled into the ICU to work (as a MAJ) and it was deadly to so many. Over 40 with obesity or over 70 and you were not surviving. I received my first shot in DEC and the risks v benefits were very much worth it. This article with this thread is trash and not peer reviewed. If I tried to use it in my profession they would laugh me out the building. I would do the same thing again given the circumstances we had in 2020.

MAJ Byron Oyler to be honest with you I was being a little cynical. I am a caregiver for my 92 year old mother. I have three brothers and one sister, we're all waxed and boostered except for my sister who is adamant about not receiving the vaccine. We brothers all live in the same city. I did it for my mom. Of course my wife and my 3 daughters decided to get the vaccine. Two of my daughters did it to protect their children. I was being a little facetious above in my comment. I thought long and hard before getting the vaccine and I knew the benefits out wished the risks.
