Her hull should still be good, and since they did significant engineering plant upgrades, it should work out well. Yoko does really good shipyard work. As we all know, comms are the key to battle superiority.... Thanks for the share!

LCDR (Join to see) That is One Old Beasty from My Days. First as a Telecommunications Command and Control Ship. Then as Comseventhflt, Flagship. I think someone told me that when they served onboard it was Comthirdflt in San Diego but I'm not sure about that.
