Go to the manual aka Constitution. If it isn't a power given to the Feds, send out a pink slip.

Oh yeah one last thing The GENERAL WELFARE is not the same thing as the INDIVIDUAL WELFARE of a lot of people. That power is left to the states and to organized charities and individual charity.

I can support this...much of the government is useless. If you look at the founder's intent, the Federal government was supposed to be small.
