This is exactly what "DRAIN THE SWAMP" means. McDonald has to go! We cannot keep a man in this position who's staff thinks its OK to keep a deceased veteran in the shower stall and then tries to cover it up. If there ever was a swamp in DC this is the one. Keep in mind that it is really hard to focus on draining the swamp when you are up to your a** in alligators... but replacing McDonald is an excellent place to "pull the stopper" and let the draining begin.
