If this is true...where is the outrage???? This is blatant racism...period. No other way to couch this. Someone will try to couch this as freedom of speech.

Lt Col Scott Shuttleworth - From the perspective of news from Canada, were you directing your question about "where is the outrage?" from Americans? So yeah from that perspective, location of news reporting does matter. Do you think Canadians are expressing outrage on social media at all American news reporting of incidents of racism or discrimination? Probably not.

This story made me wonder what I would do if performing at that same festival. I concluded that I would thank every person for being there, and that I appreciate every one of them right where they are. I'd acknowledge the people up front and thank them for spending the extra money on those tickets to see us play, and let them know how honored we are by that. And to everyone else, they could have chosen to be anywhere else but they chose to be here with us, and we appreciate that so much. We hope you all enjoy our music!

This festival is a BIG THING in Canada so yes I believe it affect many people. The Singer could act people to move all she wanted but to try to make it her right to get her demands make her a racist and the event coordinates complicit.
