I read somewhere that the government paid $18 per M3 and $55 per Thompson. My national guard unit still had M3's in their gun vault in the mid to late 80's.

Never saw one on DMZ Korea 1973, but I heard of the tanker's having them. I just had an M-2 on the Z.
