Capt Gregory Prickett - I'm not sure how to interpret your comment. I think of sucking at the public teat as getting something for nothing. Is it your belief that helping to find permanent homes for children without merit?
You still haven't addressed religious activities in foster homes, after all those people "suck from the public teat." Are they now de facto arms of the government and banned from any religious activity or paraphernalia in their homes, lest the foster children be permanently scarred?

Capt Gregory Prickett - Wow. Can't quite bring it to answer the question directly can you? Do you think it is a violation of separation of church and state for people of faith to receive a foster parents' stipend if they continue to practice their faith in the presence of their foster child.
