Why? If you are on a boat travelling out to a dive location you have wind moving every exhalation overboard. If you are at sea you have a 90%+ chance of continuous wind blowing which does the same thing when anchored at sea. I just don't get the fear-mongering!

Live cam from the beach my wife and I go to most often. It was closed last spring break and has been open since. Notice how many people are wearing masks? Notice how much breeze there is?
