$100,000 Payment and the Wrongful Conviction of U.S. Air Force Major Clarence Anderson III
Major Anderson filed for divorce and custody proceedings after he discovered his wife was having an affair. Once divorce was imminent, his wife made accusations of sexual assault and other charges to military officials to prevent MAJ Anderson from obtaining custody of their child.
Testimony at the post trial hearing confirmed that the man his wife had an affair and child with was paid $100,000 in benefits prior to him testifying at MAJ Andersons court martial!

I have been asked to be apart of those the JAG Office because I knew the soldier in question; what happened to that? Sounds like that was not allowed at all in this Case, or the Defense team, did not do a good job for their client.
I didn't see anything about any appeal either, or did I just miss that all together.
