"The Middle Eastern country has announced plans to convert an oil rig into a 150,000 square meter "extreme park" and resort located in the Arabian Gulf."

I got to admit, that is a pretty cool idea... and they have a kazillion dollars they need to spend on something... Check out the pictures.... zip lines.... how cool is that?
