Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen Russia/Soviet Union has been a Mess for a While, The Insane Amount of Corruption in the Military, Defense Ministry. Moste of their Weapons Systems are Smoke and Mirrors, I Still remember the Reports I Got back from My Folks after they "Toured" the Russian Battle Wagon that was with Our Parade of Ships, Anniversary of VJ Day. Still Remember Some of the Reports of the First "Tourists" from Navy HQ London that Visited Moscow in the Mid 80's.
