They need to be booted from all professional/trade and business associations and banned by every governing body of any organization, NGO, festival, or other partnership that values freedom of expression and, well... freedom, period! No, it won't slow down their Army, but over time it might help strengthen opposition inside Russia.

That's going so well with the average citizen of Russia now. Now when everyone was saying it was the Russian government that was only bad while they punish the average citizen, the obvious response which we now have is that the Russian people feel they are attacked and ostricized, which they are. This has only helped get more support for the war effort from the average citizen of Russia.
