This was done here in the 60s, as I've sent in here scads of times, a 1-gigawatt nuclear rocket engine...ya just figure those ex-Soviet geniuses would've had a more constructive use for theirs instead of using it for that...I mean, like as in, why am I not surprised, ya know?

Supposedly a nuclear propelled rocket. We researched it years ago and it was not feasible at the time due to unreliability. Now we see maybe that it is.
