Translation 1:. It's pure bullshit and I know it, but it is useful propaganda. Therefore I am going to spread it, but give myself a distance for plausible deniability, aka "I said SOME say it, not me."
Translation 2: I have no idea if it is pure bullshit or not, and I am too lazy to verify it. But it is useful, so I am going to spread it far and wide.
