Seems he needs to pay back all the difference in pay from 2LT up to MG as well.
Once he has paid back Uncle Sam he really should consider doing the honorable thing and blow his brains out. This is one sick dude - rapping his own daughter beginning at the age of 3. Surprise his daughter has turned out as well as she has.

SPC David S. - If I found out an officer of mine was committing a crime, I would be obligated to report to the proper authorities but unable to write about an accusation in an OER until found guilty of said crime.

MAJ Byron Oyler - maybe on the OER have some fine print that states signing this form and having committed any action(s) unbecoming is terms for a fraudulent commission. Then the OER can be used in cases like this when pay and rank get reduced.
