I don' think this will surprise too many. Perhaps the Navy might have been in the running for the fattest/least fit. The Army has the curse of too many non combat arms MOS's, a very large force and not enough discipline across much of it.

Cpl Jeff N. The other thing is that they used the totally random BMI as a determining factor. You get as accurate a result from asking a magic 8 ball if someone has a weight problem. Or more appropriately, it is like wikipedia, a good starting point, but not to be trusted without amplifying data. I expected Marines to be on top. With all respect you all are nuts when it comes to PT. I expected Army to be second, then Navy and Air Force. Though as I said, have to take this particular study with a grain of salt as BMI is a horrible benchmark.

I just looked it up. It is Semper Fi. Don't feel bad, I had been thinking that it was Semper Fudge.

Now, I have to get rid of the 2 tons of fudge that I was working on.

From what I've read Air Force is not far behind Army and Navy is making big strides to catch up to Marines.
