It was.

It still wasn't an insurrection. But it was violent. And it was using violence and the threat of more violence toward a political aim. Thus it was terrorist.

So it was a violent non-insurrection. Like a riot...with political aims. So BLM and Antifa are terrorist organizations? Or is it only terrorism when the violence occurs at the US Capital and not other Federal buildings?

Capt Gregory Prickett - Standing by for the insurrection prosecutions. I agree that the actions of some on Jan 6th had the hallmarks of an insurrection but 'most' people do not believe it was a planned, coordinated attack to overthrow the government. Attempted coup? Laughable and simply political rhetoric.
