CTI1 John Howard Potts was a Korean linguist. John received his initial training in Korean at Yale University courtesy of the U. S. Air Force. Following his first enlistment with the Air Force, he reenlisted in the U.S. Navy as Communications Technician- Interpreter (CTI), Korean Linguist.
