Hold them to their obkigation under the contract. If they underbid the contract to get it and they are losing money - tough - that is their problem. They shouldn't cut any corners either. That is just my two cents on these Government Contractors LTC (Join to see) What are your thoughts?

$165 billion over budget and over 5 years behind schedule, they need to just eat any supplemental costs to this engine.
