Because law makes it legal for anyone, including employers, to discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation, which is a bad thing.

LTC (Join to see) Every word in your answer is 100% spin. Can you give some concrete examples of something the law allows that you consider to be discrimination based on sexual orientation? (Try something else besides a Christian baker being compelled to bake a wedding cake for a gay couple.)

SSgt Christopher Brose - Currently there is nothing, including the Christian baker, the Kentucky county clerk and and any other public or private sector person discriminating on that basis.
Discrimination being illegal is the point. Its a long-standing precedent on the basis of race or gender, and a very new one on the basis of sexual orientation.

You still haven't explained how anything in the law is anti-LGBT. Unless the new standard of non-discrimination for LGBT is LGBT get everything they want, at the expense of everyone else?
