Does this mean Subic, Andersen and the Army base are going to reopen Sir?

Not even close to meaning that - but it does mean an end to the political games we have been playing since the Obama era friction. I dont think we will ever see a US base again in the PI Gene - though we may well see US forces on Philippine Bases somewhere down the line. We did that for a decade down in PI SOUTHCOM - with SOF units and USN.

LTC Eric Udouj, will this be something similar to what has transpired in the ROK? In the ROK, we are sharing bases with the ROK Armed Forces now with U.S. base closures and conversions.

CPT Gurinder (Gene) Rana - We do the same in Italy and in Spain and Australia. It probably is the best way forward in strategic thinking. But to so so - one has to position it so that it is understood why wee place something somewhere.. and politically it has to be driven as such. The WHY is a huge factor we did not face before when it was a US base.
