Would ISIS exist if U.S. forces hadn't withdrawn from Iraq precipitously? (And no, don't give me that tired argument that it's Iraq's fault for failing to negotiate a level of forces agreement - that was our Administration's responsibility)

I think they would exist, by their name or another. Just not as robust as they seem today. This problem started with Abrahams children. And will not stop until one of us us completely wiped out. Or the good Lord comes down and says I've had enough of this crap.

You all realize that it was George W. that crafted the SOFA agreement with Maliki (which oddly enough, made us liable under international law if we chose to ignore it) and Obama was legally obligated to follow said agreement CPT Jack Durish? )
