I was amused to see Rep. Rankin was top in the list of oral histories. She was the lone vote against US involvement in WW1 and she voted against the declaration of war on the Empire of Japan on Dec. 8, 1941. I can honestly say that I have no respect for that lady's position but she did have the strength of her convictions.

Also, she was the lone representative for the state of Montana when she cast her votes.
