Nothing new here in Canada. The Canadian Constitution was tweaked and made stronger after the US Civil War. Canada was found in 1867.

Only three provinces still have education systems like this: Ontario, Saskatchewan and Alberta. It has to do with history, politics and the constitution.

PV2 Scott Mollette Quebec is not on the list. Alberta Saskatchewan and Ontario are the only three provinces. Quebec is almost communist.
