Ohio votes to legalize marijuana for adult recreational use, becoming 24th state to do so

Pennsylvania may be next. We're now surrounded by states with legal recreational marijuana (MD, NY, NJ, DE, and OH). We currently have a bill moving forward in the legislature. While some legitimate arguments still exist to keep it illegal, the economic pressure of losing ground to surrounding states just may tip the balance of power. The Governor and the House are aligned, while the Senate is close to being there on recreational use.

And the stupid contest continues. 24 states tied for the lead.
