Officer charged with homicide in fatal shooting of teen

And I know some will say "but they were suspects in a drive by shooting" and "but they found two guns on the floor of the vehicle" while ignoring one consistent fact...the officer shot the young man as he was unarmed, running away from him, no sign of a weapon or threat, just that the two men might get away. That is the sole problem of this case of excessive use of force.
