Tribes, clans, clubs, cliques, group, or whatever you want to call it...yes our American society is indeed grouped by values, ideology, implicit cultural biases that define each of us. You're part of a tribe right now here on Rally Point. The tribe of Veterans who sees things in a certain way far different than so many non-serving Americans. You should be one to value how Americans naturally align themselves with others of similar interests, backgrounds, beliefs and how as we grow up we're challenged either to defend our groups ideals or move to the other side. Our politics are tribal through the normalization of partisanship; how dare you as a Democrat/Republican vote in line with the Republicans/Democrats.
