Actually it is a good comparison. Also, it took WHO over a month to declare COVID19 a pandemic. But took them less than 10 days to declare Swine Flu a pandemic. And what did Obama Administration do about the Swine Flu. Not a hell of a lot.

I disagree. Biden served as VP under Obama. He will follow Obama's play book because he can't come up with any of his own.
