I like her, but some of the staff are very unprofessional and stupid. Sorry to say that, but to me it's true. I was strung along months & months and than pointed in the wrong direction. Over all I would fire this former General if it was up to me. She carries the responsibility of control with regard to her office and the workers under her. I want her out, fast.

You might try sending her a letter with your specific need. Give her a chance to be of help.

OK KEN, if you say so. It's worth the try. 10 minutes to prepare a letter. And if it gets past the staff and placed on her desk. It will be well worth it. Thank you Sir..

You might be surprised how effective a polite, concise letter to a senior executive can be. In world of ignoring email and voice mail, organizations feel a strong responsibility to respond to every properly and respectful letter they receive.

Very interesting comment about effectively eliminating veterans homelessness in NYC. I need to follow-up on how they reached that milestone.
