Educational yes, but also a generalization and judgment against those my age. Not all of us walk around with our faces buried in our electronic device, and are quite cognizant of our surroundings.
It's a very valid point, but as one of those 'millenials' (I hate being called this) I try to set myself apart from those who think they are entitled to certain things or benefits jut by nature of perhaps, showing up to work.

Good on you, SSgt Amanda Boyd... but I have learned to look in four different directions when going through intersections here in Los Angeles where pedestrians rule... even when stepping in the middle of busy traffic. May not apply to other parts of the world, like New York where one can get mowed down crossing on a green.

Capt Dwayne Conyers - Won't argue with that; roads and dangerous and too many drivers, of all ages, drive while distracted. Combine the two together and it can make for a disaster.
