They're not all that way. I have three part-time (28 hours a week) employees, all single mothers in their 20's. They will work most men their age into the ground . They get here every morning at 06:15, 7 days a week (with their kids dressed, ready for the day). My wife serves the kids breakfast, while the employees and I start farm chores. The school bus picks up the kids at 6:45am. On snow days, Saturdays, and Sundays they stay a little longer and switch who does on-site daycare.

I have some co-workers like that. I'm not sure how they slipped through the door. Then I remember what's his name, goodell, who may have been hired to destroy the institution from within.
