Many forget that there were gifts of US technology to China. Note, some of those new jets they have look a lot like ours. Their rocket program could be said to have Bill Clinton as the father of their rocket and satellite program.

No one has forgotten, they simply got paid off to miss-remember. HRC's office was a money-launderling operations for the Chinese Army and WJC and Loral Space Industries exported the law and Congress looked the other way.
Where did we see Congress look the other way recently? With Mr. Obama. Congress has failed us for the past 50 years. We gave money and technology to Iran via the Executive Branch and Congress allowed it. Well, Congress recently passed legislation not to allow the POTUS to appoint recess appointments. So it appears Congress can act, at certain times. Both Political Parties have played us as the fool.
